How do I return?

• a) Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click START button.
• b) Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
• c) You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.

How does GiveMe-Gifts.com handle returns?

Each item is made to order for every customer - and as such, we cannot accept general returns for items. There are included:

• a) Change of mind.
• b) Items ordered in error (including wrong quantity, design, or variant selected).
• c) Exchanges for an alternative design, product or size.
• d) Not as expected items.
• e) Unwanted items.

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. The return conditions are required as below.

• a) Any damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems.
• b) The returned items must be in the original conditions and packaging.
• c) The returned items are required a tracking number of the carriers or logistic companies that buyers proceed the returns.
• d) For clothing, unwashed and unworn.
• e) Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!

Are there any charges for return?

• b) Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How soon will I get my refund?
