How do I return?

- 2) Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return.
- 3) You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved.
How does GiveMe-Gifts.com handle returns?
Each item is made to order for every customer - and as such, we cannot accept general returns for items. There are included:
- a) Change of mind.
- b) Items ordered in error (including wrong quantity, design, or variant selected).
- c) Exchanges for an alternative design, product or size.
- d) Not as expected items.
- e) Unwanted items.
What items are returnable?
You can return your items within 30 days of receipt of your shipment. The return conditions are required as below.
- a) Any damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems.
- b) The returned items must be in the original conditions and packaging.
- c) The returned items are required a tracking number of the carriers or logistic companies that buyers proceed the returns.
- d) For clothing, unwashed and unworn.
- e) Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable!
Are there any charges for return?
- a) There are no charges for return.
- b) Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- c) You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
How soon will I get my refund?
- a) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- b) If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
