How long will it take for my item to get delivered?

Once an order is completely placed, the order processing is normally required 2-5 business days, a personalized item and engraving product may be required 5-10 business days on high shopping season. The order processing includes production, checking, packing and sending your orders to the post-office. Once the order processing is completed, the tracking information will be emailed to you automatically. The delivery times are estimated as follows:
  • United States: 7-15 business days
  • Canada: 10-15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10-21 business days

Notice : An order of multiple items may be separately shipped for expediency, but there's no extra charge for this beyond the usual multi-item shipping rates. If you order more than one item from us then most likely the items will be arrived in separate packages. They will also sometimes arrive on different days. The delivery time of your item is stated on the product page. Just remember that it is normal for your order to arrive in separate packages.

In addition, in some rare cases, we will have to contact you via email to confirm your order quantity or credit card fraud investigation before we send it to production. It may take 1-3 business days longer than normal delivery (depends on how fast we receive your answer emails).

(This policy excludes errors made by customers when providing shipping details on their order(s) or missed parcel deliveries).


How much does shipping cost?

All our items are shipped out separately unless you buy two or more of the same thing. If an item is listed as FREE you only have to pay for the shipping cost to your location, if you buy two or more of the item there is a discount on the shipping for the second, third... item. If you buy a number items which are mixed between the FREE items and paid items the same above principles apply.


Do you deliver products internationally?

GiveMe-Gifts successfully ships A LOT of items worldwide each day. We have many happy customers in every corner around the world!
Occasionally, we may have to cancel an order we are unable to send out due to prohibitive shipping to some areas of the world, but we always try to ensure our products are available to everyone.


How do I check the status of my order?

When you have completely placed an order with us, an unique order ID will be automatically emailed to an email address that you enter in that order. You can lookup your order status and a tracking number there, also you can directly track the delivery status of your item via , and then enter your tracking number to check it.

After an order has been placed, it's immediately sent to one of our four fulfillment centers where we will ship your items within 2-10 days. Below are the expected delivery times.

Please note: Due to the popularity of certain items in our catalog, shipping times may take longer than the estimates below.


I've placed an order with multiple items recently, can I combine them into one package?

Since we have many different warehouses, we don't have all our products in one place, so when you order multiple items at a time, each item will be shipped separately. So you'll probably receive one item before the next. Don't panic if you don't receive all of your items at once… Rest assured, they will get to you.


I've put a wrong shipping address and/or picked a wrong size/variant! Can I change it?

If this happens to you, email us as soon as possible, we MIGHT be able to take care of it. However, we can't promise anything as all our items are usually processed immediately after you order and ship out the same day or a few days after. If your order has already entered the shipping process, we won't be able to stop it. Contact us anyway, we still care, and we'll try to make it right for you. We know how frustrating it can be to pay for something you can't use.


Why have i NOT RECEIVE any order confirmation details?

Most times this is because our customers have accidentally entered their incorrect email information. An order confirmation details will be automatically emailed to an email address that you enter in that order. 

If you believe you may have accidentally entered your email incorrectly, please contact us and then we will check and fix it. 


Can I change my shipping address after i place my order?

If you need to change your shipping address after your order has been placed, please let us know as soon as possible. Then, we will check a status of your order and make the change if your item is not delivered yet. We cannot guarantee that the shipping address will be updated in time before your item is delivered, we will do our best to accommodate you. In case of your item has been shipped, you will be liable to pay for item and have it ship to correct address.


It's been over 30 days and i have NOT RECEIVED my order yet. What should i do now?

If you have not received your order within the time frame given for your order, please contact us and we will look further into your order immediately.

A few examples for why orders may take longer time to arrive to your shipping address:

  • Incorrect shipping address was entered when the order was originally placed.
  • There's an issue with customs which causes a slight delay.


Can i refund an item that has been delivered to mailbox or delivered in that are stolen?

We are not responsible for item(s) being misplaced/ stolen after delivered (E.g. after delivered mailbox). We will ensure an item is delivered to your address according to information provided by the logistic company.


How does handle returns?

Each item is made to order for every customer - and as such, we cannot accept general returns for items. There are included:

  • Change of mind
  • Items ordered in error (including wrong quantity, design, or variant selected)
  • Exchanges for an alternative design, product or size
  • Not as expected items
  • Unwanted items

The return policy will be only applied to damaged items or products that have any manufacturing problems. We will not make any refunds or changes once the product has been successfully delivered in normal condition.
In most cases, we will replace your order if there is a problem such as a defect or broken in transit. Our process takes 3-5 business days to produce as we need to check for defects before shipping.


How secure is my personal information?

GiveMe-Gifts adheres to highest industry standards to protect your personal information. Your credit card information and personal details are encrypted during transmission using SSL (Secure Sockets Layer technology), which is widely used on the internet for processing payments. Your credit card information is only used to complete the requested transaction and is not subsequently stored.
